feat(settings): adopt externalEndpoints/denyExternalEndpoint* keys

- read externalEndpoints first, fall back to openConnections/LineTable
- deny toggles mirror new canonical keys plus legacy aliases on save so
  both updated and legacy backends keep working

Using components
