feat(dashboard)!: add routing table and split endpoint settings

- Add #/routing-table with one-second polling and route filters
- Separate auto-connect targets from local external endpoints
- Remove the obsolete interfaces navigation module

BREAKING CHANGE: #/interfaces is removed.
